Rick Casillo grew up on the East Coast in Buffalo, New York. Rick has been training dogs for 19 years, and in 1999, Rick's growing interest in sled dogs and the Iditarod Dog Sled Race brought him to Alaska where he worked in the sled dog tourism industry.

Rick is busy training the dogs for the 2008 race season and all of the dogs are looking great as they pile on the miles needed to build their condition and stamina for racing.

Please spend some time looking around the site. Soon we will have pictures of the dogs in the kennel that we are currently training. Make sure to take a look at the photos Rick took along the trail of the 2006 Iditarod.

" I would like to personally thank all of my sponsors and all of the people who participated in the adopt a dog program, with out all of your support this would not be possible."
